Some products have a specific return policy, while some are final sale items; check below:
- For all liquor and food items all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.
- For some items you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If the wrong product has been delivered or is spoiled, we will commonly coordinate a time for you to return the item or we will pick up the product. In these instances, returns are usually accepted within 5 days of the purchase. Refunds are processed as soon the product is returned and typically hit your bank account within 3-5 business days after bank processing.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit for you or issue a refund back to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
